Shipping
We currently only ship to Portugal . We hope to expand to other countries in the near future, so stay tuned for updates! If you have any questions, please contact us.
On average, orders are delivered between 5 to 12 business days . Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking code to track the shipment.
Yes! As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a link to track your shipment in real time.
If the delivery deadline has passed and you have not yet received your order, first check the tracking code. If there is still an anomaly, please contact us through our customer support.
Returns and Exchanges
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order . The product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use and in its original packaging.
Simply contact us via support email, ryzenstyle7@gmail.com, stating your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond with next steps.
Yes, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the product arrived defective or there was a shipping error.
After we receive and analyze the returned product, the refund will be processed within 7 business days , using the same payment method used for the purchase.
