Returns and exchanges
Our policy is 30 days . After 30 days from the date of purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations in which only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
* Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts, not due to any error on our part.
Any product that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once the returned product is received and verified, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed. We will automatically issue the credit to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUND (if applicable)
If you still haven't received your refund, first check your bank account again.
Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be processed.
Then contact your bank. There is usually a processing time before a refund is issued.

GOODS ON SALE (if applicable)
Only items at regular price can be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info@ryzenstyle.com so we can explain the process.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. You’ll receive a gift certificate by mail once we receive the returned item.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift during purchase, or if the person who made the purchase sent the item to themselves to deliver to you personally, we will send a refund to the person who gave the gift, and that person will know that you requested the return.
FREIGHT

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item . Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the return shipping time may vary.
If you are shipping a product worth over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
